We are fully committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, services and advice and will work with you to deliver results or we will waive our consulting fees.

The Fine Print

The guarantee offered by Expound Consulting is intended to be exercised in good faith where disatisfaction with Expound Consulting’s products, services, and or advice is clearly expressed in writing to Expound Consulting by the client.

The guarantee is limited to the consulting fees charged by Expound Consulting and does not include fees and payments made to third parties for the supply of goods and services.

All products, services, advice, concepts, strategies, methods, information and materials remain the confidential property of Expound Consulting until full payment has been received and processed by Expound Consulting.

Expound Consulting grants the client a license to use all products, services, advice, concepts, strategies, methods, information, materials, and intellectual property rights associated with the project in perpetuity throughout the known universe unless the transfer of these rights is specifically expressed in an agreement between Expound Consulting and the client.

Any license granted to the client is non-transferrable and cannot be re-sold or distributed without the prior written consent of Expound Consulting.

Expound Consulting reserves the right to refuse, decline and or deny, at its sole discretion, any waiver request or claim for reiumbersement it deems to be unreasonable, frivilous or illigitimate.
